While not as cold or refreshing as beer, wine can certainly cause the same amount of trouble, especially if purchased at a gas station. Until the 60s, wine only came in bottles, which was way too hard and heavy; now, bladders of the stuff can be purchased and easily squeezed to facilitate forceful consumption through the esophagus.
